Our Tasting Room is open Thursday through Sunday, offering a cocktail bar experience built around our award-winning spirits. The menu, led by Bar Manager Jesse Dureka, changes seasonally and features a mix of house cocktails, classics, and spirit flights.

Our full kitchen, led by Chef Paul Trowbridge, serves a rotating menu of gastropub staples and small plates designed to pair with our drinks.

In addition to the Tasting Room, we offer weekly tours Friday through Sunday, bi-monthly cocktail classes, and a beautiful private event space. Whether you’re here for a drink, a tour, or a gathering, we focus on quality, craft, and hospitality.

Our Tasting Room, overlooking our award-winning distillery, is fully equipped with a craft cocktail bar, full kitchen, and bottle shop. Reservations for our Tasting Room are encouraged.
